Cris Estrada, BSc, CIA, CPA, CGA
Cris is a Chartered Professional Accountant, Certified General Accountant and a Certified Internal Auditor. He has over two decades of experience in public accounting providing auditing services. He has experience with Public Sector audits, audits of not-for-profit organizations, corporations, trusts, financial services including mutual funds, and regulatory compliance audit of housing corporations. Cris has an extensive background in the implementation and improvement of Internal Controls. He previously worked as a senior auditor at Ernst and Young and KPMG. He has also worked as an internal audit manager for a group of companies and has experience conducting Yukon and B.C. First Nation Audits.

Elaine Tan, BSc, CPA, CGA
Elaine is both a Chartered Professional Accountant and a Certified General Accountant who has over two decades in public accounting providing auditing services to clients. She was an audit manager at PWC in Singapore prior to moving to Canada. Elaine’s experience includes audit of First Nation governments, not-for-profit organizations, corporations, trusts, financial services including mutual funds, and housing cooperatives. She is knowledgeable and has extensive experience in Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP). She has also worked for Ernst and Young and KPMG and has over four years of experience conducting Yukon and B.C. First Nation Audits.
Expertise: Individual and corporate taxation; financial reporting and audit; public sector and NPO accounting.
